Peekskill resident Elisha Henry was arrested and charged with a felony count of first-degree sexual abuse on Monday, Feb. 19 in Wappinger, after an investigation determined that he had engaged in sexual activity with a child under the age of 11.
On Friday, state police announced that Henry was facing two additional felonies after additional investigation determined that he allegedly sexually abused another child in the city of Peekskill. He now faces two more counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Henry was arraigned in the City of Peekskill Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. His next scheduled appearance has been set for Feb. 26.
